The Old City Center Amsterdam Tour
This tour is the best way to get to know your way around the old city center of Amsterdam and the Red Light District. In 2.5 hours your professional local guide will show you all the important places in the old center of Amsterdam.
You will walk on Amsterdams oldest streets, pass by the oldest house and visit hidden courtyards.
Your guide will tell you stories about how and why Amsterdam came to be the tolerant and multi cultural city that it is today. We will also visit a wing of the Amsterdam museum (subject to availability) where we will admire modern and classical Dutch art works.
Amsterdams China Town & the Red Light District
Amsterdam is the worlds most multicultural city, with 177 nationalities represented. The Chinese community has over 100 years of history in Amsterdam. Explore the cultural and lively China Town with us. Many sweet souvenir shops, good restaurants and even a buddhist temple.
The Red Light District is, as well as China Town, part of the old city center.
Due to a big city council project many window brothels and coffeeshops are being closed. Young creatives are given the chance to start a new business in these former window brothels. We also own a former window brothel, which we’ll visit during the tour!
